Asian Themed Stamping Skittle

Thursday, December 24, 2015

Happy Christmas Eve! First, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy holidays. I can't believe the year is almost over since it felt like it went by really fast to me. The manicure I'm sharing is a fun skittle using some colors you may not have thought to pair along with an Asian inspired design from a new stamping plate I received from Lady Queen.

Starting with my pinky nail, I used Orly Here Comes Trouble. For my ring and middle nail, I used Zoya Kimber. For the rest of the nails, I used Salon Perfect Electric Grape. Then I stamped with China Glaze Devotion with stamping plate hehe 047 from Lady Queen on just the pink nails. Use coupon code EGLC15 for 15% off your order. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

Here's a closer look at stamping plate hehe 047. This stamping plate has an almost Asian inspired design to it with the bamboos, mountains, and Chinese characters on it. I used two images from this stamping plate and they both stamped really well.

Lady Queen - Stamping Plate Hehe 047 Review

These polish colors that I used are so fun. They aren't colors I would normally put together but for a skittle manicure like this, I think it works. What do you think?

  1. I think the colours work well together because they're similar in terms of "brightness" if that makes sense haha :) I love the polish you chose for the stamping too... It looks so nice when the light hits!

    1. I did, I hope you had a good Christmas too. I'm a fan of pairing colors that I normally don't think would go together and getting unexpectedly surprised by how they turned out :)

  4. What a fun mani! Kimber is one of my absolute favorites; it looks great with the gold stamping on top! And that purple is gorgeous.
