Twinsie Tuesday: Grey and Gold

Tuesday, January 26, 2016

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is grey and gold. I've never really paired these two colors together in a manicure so I was excited about the theme. I went with a shimmery blue grey base polish and stamped on a gold design on top.

I used OPI I Don't Give A Rotterdam! on all the nails. I stamped with M Polish Apricot Delight with stamping plate BP-08 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

I really like how these look. The combination is pretty and I like how wearable it is too. Now that I'm looking at it, I think the base polish I used was more blue than grey. For some strange reason, it looked much more of a grey to me at the time when I chose it. What do you think?

  1. I love I don't give a rotterdam! When I wore it it was more grey on me but polishes can pull more one color on different people. Great job on the stamping I like the polish you chose Lisa :)

  9. I have I Don't Give a Rotterdam and it lives in my grey drawer, not my blue drawer. But I agree, sometimes it does look blueish.
