Today, I will be showing you my fashion inspired manicure. I don't keep track of fashion trends so all I did was Google fashion to get some inspiration. I've never attempted to do a animal print manicure before so I looked for animal print fashion to see if anything caught my eye. Something sure did. Click here to see what fashion item inspired my manicure.
The item that inspired me is this simple jade green dress with a hot pink and black leopard print design. For the base color, I used Orly Ancient Jade. For the leopard print, I used Misha Lather, Rinse, Repeat and American Apparel Hassid. These pictures were taken prior to top coat since I didn't want to risk the manicure smudging.
For my first animal print manicure, I loved how it turned out. All I used was my dotting tool to create the leopard print. I'm thinking of all the different colors I can use for this design now. What do you think?
Be sure to check the other manicures for this challenge below!
