American Apparel Rose Bowl is a medium rosy pink creme. Its a nice work appropriate pink that's in the middle of not being too bright or dark. Formula and application was good. As you can see, it doesn't really level off evenly but applying a top coat on top will help solve that problem. This is two coats below.
Surprisingly, I own quite a few pinks in my collection now and this one is definitely more on the softer side. I like the color but its not that unique that you need to run out to get it. What do you think of this color?

ReplyDeleteAlso, get a new job! Not only because of her, but if you're not happy where you are, just get a new job! I was really unhappy at my previous job, and when I finally changed jobs it was like night and day, I LOVE my new job which is making me more happy in general :)

ReplyDeleteIt's hard but I think you should confront her. Ask her why she is so mean? Not in a accusing way but in normal tone, like you would ask her what the time is. Good luck!!

ReplyDeleteAs far as your coworker goes, usually when people say mean or rude things to me (or ask personal questions that are none of their business), I just look at them and not say a word. Or, I will look at them and say, "Why would you say something so rude?" Then leave the conversation.
I hope you can get it figured out soon, it isn't so fun working with people like that!

I'm going back to school in September so my work hours will be reduced so hopefully I won't be seeing/working with her often.

Thanks for the thoughts Cynthia! Yeah, working with her can be so awkward for me. Since I want to concentrate the majority of my time to my studies when I go back to school, my work hours are going to be reduced quite a bit compared to the hours I work right now.

I love this color! I've been looking for a dusty rose type color but I feel like a lot of them look too grandma-ish next to my skin... I think this one might work since it's brighter than most other ones I've looked at :)
