Essie Mesmerize is a medium cobalt blue creme. You all know blue is my favorite color and this one just makes me melt looking at it. Its the perfect shade of blue in my opinion. Its not too bright or dark on the nails. Its just perfection. The formula and application was great. This is two coats.
Isn't it just an amazing blue? What do you think of this color?
