Hello everyone! Today's nail art manicure was inspired by the second design MissJenFABULOUS did in her Nail Art For Beginners #2 video a while back. I love how simple but eye catching the design looked and wanted to try it out with a black nail art stripper polish I got from Born Pretty Store recently.
First, I have Nicole by OPI The Next CEO on all my nails except for the ring finger. For the ring finger, I did an accent nail using Nicole by OPI All Is Glam, All Is Bright. Taking my Born Pretty Store Sweet Color black nail art liner, I created two vertical lines down each nail. Then taking my dotting tool, I dotted on two black dots on each black line. After letting that dry, I dotted on another dot within the black dots using Nicole by OPI The Next CEO. Lastly, I applied a coat of Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.
The Born Pretty Store Sweet Color black nail liner cost $4.59 for 10ml. The black was opaque that I didn't need to go over the lines I made. The brush is pretty thin but I've noticed that the ends are a little frayed and not completely perfect. Overall, I like the Sweet Color black nail art liner and it would be a great stripper polish for a beginner to check out.
Be sure to browse Born Pretty Store for nail art and more! You can use coupon code YCL91 for an additional 10% off your entire order as well. What do you think of my gold and black manicure?
