Romantic Roses with Polka Dots

Friday, February 7, 2014

I was in the mood to do a girly Valentine's Day design so I went with some romantic roses. Since I haven't done polka dots in a while as well, I added that into the nail art too.

Romantic Roses with Polka Dots Nail Art
Wet n' Wild, Sally Hansen, Gosh, Salon Perfect, China Glaze

I used Wet n' Wild Candy-licious on all the nails except for the ring. I created the simple roses using Sally Hansen I Pink I Can, Gosh Hot Coral, and Salon Perfect Sugar Cube along with white polka dots on the empty spaces. Added leaves with China Glaze Exotic Encounters. For the ring, I have on Gosh Hot Coral with white polka dots. Finished with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash Top Coat.

I was kind of in a rush when I did this so they didn't turn out as great as I hoped. Plus one of the pinks I used didn't show up too well. What do you think of this manicure?

  3. I love this! Did you do the roses with a striping brush or did you swirls dots of colors together? They are perfect.
