I used Barielle Do Unto Others on all the nails except the thumb. I used China Glaze Starboard on top, making sure to leave the previous color showing on the sides of the nail. Repeated this with Finger Paints Tough Art To Follow and Born Pretty Store Sweet Color Black Nail Art Liner. You can use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your entire order. I used American Apparel Downtown LA on the thumb. Finished with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat.
I did a blue version of this a while ago so I wanted to do the design again but in green. I'm disappointed to see that the dark green and black look so similar that they kind of blended together here. The lighting the day I took these wasn't the best too. What do you think?

ReplyDeletei really like the green gradient stripes you did... the dark green and black are a bit similar but you can tell them apart up close. Even from far away though, I don't think it's a bad thing that they look similar, I think it just makes them look more bold :)

ReplyDeleteI know! Sometimes, I even see people texting just walking across the street and almost get hit by a car too. Its so dangerous. I myself don't even own a cellphone so its great to help raise awareness to this issue.
