Colorful Cupcake Stamping

Thursday, August 7, 2014

This month's theme for The Nail Challenge Collaborative is tea party. To be honest, I had no idea what to do with this theme. For the first manicure, I decided to do simple cupcake stamping nails since cupcakes are always the kinds of desserts eaten at a tea party.

I used Revlon Pink Pineapple on all the nails. Starting with my pinky, I stamped a cupcake design with with BM-307 using Revlon Sunlit Grass, Revlon Apricot Nectar, Revlon Ginger Melon, Revlon Tropical Rain, and Revlon Lime Basil. Finished with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash Top Coat.

I'm not good at lining up the images perfectly on my nails so these turned out a bit crooked. I still think there cute and they smell yummy since I used scented polishes. What do you think?

  2. I think these are adorable! Plus this image is one that looks better when it's not perfectly centered on each nail, it gives it more character. At Least in my opinion it does. That ginger melon polish you're holding is really pretty too.

    1. Thanks Ashlee! I'm a little of a perfectionist so the crooked images kind of bother me a bit. Its nice to hear you like them anyways.
