Pearl Rhinestone Treasure

Monday, October 6, 2014

Here's my last review on the new nail art items I got sent to review from Born Pretty Store. I've never tried any pearl rhinestones before so I wanted to them a try. These are the new ones on the site and I thought they were very interesting because they had a colored coating to them.

I used Essie Absolutely Shore on all the nails except the ring nail. I did the distressed design using OPI Fiercely Fiona, Barielle Swizzle Stix, and American Apparel Downtown LA by applying them after making sure to wipe the brush off good. For the ring, I used Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker. I applied these opalescent pearl rhinestones from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off. Finished with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash Top Coat.

Here's a closer look at the pearl rhinestone nail art wheel. It costs $4.64 and come in three sizes with quite a few of them in the wheel. I like the shiny colored coating these pearls have because the other pearl rhinestones I've seen are just plain white. These are my first pearl rhinestones and I was very happy with them. There gorgeous on the nails and were easy to apply.

The pearl rhinestones just look amazing on the nails. I'm so happy to own these pearl rhinestones. I'm already thinking of other nail art designs I can do with them. What do you think?

  3. I love the pearls, but how long did they stay on the nails?? I would lose them with the first flick of my fingers ;)

    1. Thanks! If you use nail glue to stick them on, I'm sure they would stay on the nails for quite a while. I only used top coat to stick them on and they lasted me a day or two.
