Purple and Silver Forest with Bow Stud Accent

Friday, October 17, 2014

I'm so behind on this month's theme of stripes for The Nail Challenge Collaborative. I cheated a bit for the first manicure I have to show since there technically not stripes. I stamped using a forest looking image that had straight trees that kind of resemble stripes. Hope that's okay.

I used Essie Splash Of Grenadine on all the nails except the ring. I stamped with BM-407 using China Glaze Awaken. For the ring, I used Julie G Crushed Candy. On top, I applied a bow stud from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon YCL91 for 10% off. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

I don't do a lot of purple manicures so I like these a lot. Its also been a while since I've used my texture polishes so I thought adding it here as an accent would be fun. What do you think? Be sure to follow Bundle Monster via their social media links down below for news and promotions!

  1. This is pretty. I like the trees. They look so fall/winter without the leaves. Great color combo too.

    1. Thanks! You can get the stamping plate from Bundle Monster or I'm sure there's something similar to it from another brand too.

  9. I like your interpretation of the stripes theme and I think it works! I really love how Splash of Grenadine and Crushed Candy go together - love the crème and texture in the same color! :) Great job on the stamping too!
