Twinsie Tuesday: Polish Received in a Swap

Tuesday, February 24, 2015

Today's Twinise Tuesday theme is a polish received in a swap. To be honest, I've never done a polish swap with anyone before I don't have polish to share that fits into that category. Instead I went with a polish I purchased from another person online.

Holographic and Glittery Base with Black Pattern Stamping Nai Art

I used Cameo Colors Lacquers Unicorn Farts on all the nails. I stamped with Born Pretty Stamping Polish in Black with BP-L003 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

I wasn't 100% happy with how the stamping turned out here but it sort of works. It took me around three coats to get the base color to be almost completely opaque and I just love how it looks. What do you think?

*Stamping plate BP-L003 and Born Pretty Stamping Polish in Black was sent for review purposes from Born Pretty Store.*

    1. Thanks Tiffany! I didn't want to just do a color so I decided to stamp something on top.

  3. I haven't done a swap either... Canadian shipping is just too expensive :( I think the stamping is cute! kind of reminds me of banners or something

    1. That's the main reason I haven't done one too. Such crazy shipping prices that's its not even worth it for me especially since I don't earn that much money too. I thought they resembled banners too :)

  4. This is such an amazing manicure! I absolutely love the base polish, but I hate the name of it, it is too beautiful for such a name in my opinion and the stamping takes it to a whole another level...to much talking, it is PERFECT!

    1. Yeah, the name isn't the best but I don't since the polish itself is pretty amazing. Thank you!
