Blue Layering and Faded White Stamping

Monday, April 13, 2015

Happy Monday Blues! For today's blue manicure, I did a layering combination with some stamping on top. I usually gravitate to full image designs for stamping so I wanted to change that up. Instead, I went with a design that was more of a half nail design.

I used Sally Hansen Pacific Blue on all the nails. I topped it off with a coat of Pure Ice Heartbreaker on top. I stamped with Salon Perfect Sugar Cube with BP-L005 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

I did have a bit of trouble with the stamping again but it kind of works here. What do you think?

  3. Wow, this is gorgeous! I love the green shimmer you layered over Pacific Blue-- it adds a nice depth to the base with the white stamping on top. Really lovely!

  5. Really love the layering you did for the base Lisa! It's almost glowing! I haven't done any layering like this in a while... I got really lazy about putting polishes back after using them and new polishes so my whole stash is disorganized now :( I need to organize everything again so I can find my polishes and try some layering! Great job on the stamping too btw

    1. Thank you! I'm like that too. I still have a ton of untried polishes in my collection. I try to keep my collection organized by putting the polishes I've swatched on the blog in a separate drawer. I haven't bought much if any polishes though which I'm happy about since I already have so much polish.
