Happy Monday Blues! For today's blue manicure, I did a layering combination with some stamping on top. I usually gravitate to full image designs for stamping so I wanted to change that up. Instead, I went with a design that was more of a half nail design.
I used Sally Hansen Pacific Blue on all the nails. I topped it off with a coat of Pure Ice Heartbreaker on top. I stamped with Salon Perfect Sugar Cube with BP-L005 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
I did have a bit of trouble with the stamping again but it kind of works here. What do you think?

It's amazing how much a little layering will change the look of a nail polish, love the base a lot!
ReplyDeleteThanks Chelsea! I loved how the layering turned out too.
DeleteBeautiful! I love how well the colors go together!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sarah!
DeleteWow, this is gorgeous! I love the green shimmer you layered over Pacific Blue-- it adds a nice depth to the base with the white stamping on top. Really lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I thought they would look good together :)
DeleteSo pretty, love pacific blue!

Deletewow, I love this!!! so delicate yet edgy!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteReally love the layering you did for the base Lisa! It's almost glowing! I haven't done any layering like this in a while... I got really lazy about putting polishes back after using them and new polishes so my whole stash is disorganized now :( I need to organize everything again so I can find my polishes and try some layering! Great job on the stamping too btw
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm like that too. I still have a ton of untried polishes in my collection. I try to keep my collection organized by putting the polishes I've swatched on the blog in a separate drawer. I haven't bought much if any polishes though which I'm happy about since I already have so much polish.
Deleteso pretty! I love that topper on the blue! I might have to try that, myself!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brandy! Its a pretty topper polish indeed :)
DeleteVery pretty! I love the layering, and the stamp is the perfect way to set it off!
ReplyDeleteThanks Cait! :)
