Green & Gold Flakie with Beach Themed Nail Studs

Monday, December 14, 2015

Happy Monday Blues! The weather had been so dark and gloomy recently that I'm finding it so difficult to find a time to take some decent pictures. I'm really thinking of making either my own light box or purchasing one online so I won't have that problem anymore now. I don't like that I only have a certain time during the day to take pictures so the light box option seems to be the way to go. I've tried making a light box before and it turned out okay but I kind of want to give it another shot. We will see if I do but anyways, let's see today's manicure.

I used Black Dahlia Lacquer String of Hearts on the nails except for the ring and middle nail. For the ring and middle nail, I used Essie Mojito Madness and topped it off with Essie As Gold As It Gets. I applied various nail studs from this gold beach themed nail art wheel from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

The gold beach themed nail art wheel had a great variety to choose from for this manicure. The only thing I didn't like about it was that I got an unequal amount of each nail stud in the nail wheel. This gold beach themed nail art wheel costs $2.55 right now and it also comes in a silver option too. Its a great little nail wheel to have if your looking for a mix of beach themed nail studs. What do you think?

*Born Pretty Store sent the gold beach themed nail art wheel for review purposes. My opinion is 100% honest. Post does contain affiliate links.

  2. I love how you arranged an assortment of beach charms. Placing charms like that is something I struggle with.
