Here's the last of the new nail foil I got sent to review from Born Pretty Store. This one is in a holographic peacock feather design. It has a holographic shine to it but I added a top coat to it so it kind of dulled the effect and made it just look like a metallic foil instead. Let's see it then.
I used Zoya Julieanne on all the nails except the ring. For the ring nail, I used OPI From A to Z-urich and applied a holographic peacock feather nail foil from Born Pretty Store. You can use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off. Finished with NYC Matte Me Crazy Mattifying Top Coat on all the nails except the ring which I applied Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat on top.
Like the leaves nail foil, I had trouble with this peacock feather nail foil too. Since I was having trouble with it, I applied a little bit of Ciate Foil Fix which is nail foil glue and it helped a lot in transferring the nail foil onto my nail. The holographic peacock feather nail foil retails for $1.57 right now for a roll. What do you think?

I love Julieanne on you, it is so pretty matched up with the OPI. Too bad that the decals weren't entirely seamless to use though!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jessica! The nail foil looked so gorgeous but unfortunately I wasn't able to apply it on as smoothly.

DeleteJulianne is really pretty! I love the contrast between the two polishes :) I'm not great with nail foils either... I think I need to get special foil top coat
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm not the best at it too but I think I like the nail foils that cover the whole sheet instead of having a design like this one.
DeleteJulianne is so pretty! I haven't worn it in a long time and don't remember it being that pretty! lol Great mani Lisa.
