Happy Monday Blues and Happy Halloween! I don't celebrate Halloween myself so I'm planning to stay in and watch some Halloween movies today. To end the month off, I have one more Halloween manicure to share. Let's see it then.

I used Julie G Tangerine Dream on the ring and middle nail. I stamped with Born Pretty Stamping Polish in Black with stamping plate BM-H07 from Bundle Monster. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your entire order from Born Pretty Store. For the rest of the nails, I applied Orly Stone Cold. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat on all the nails except the ring and middle nail which has the texture polish on them.

I really like the Halloween wordings in this stamping plate that I used. Its a simple way to celebrate Halloween on the nails with. I'm very proud of myself to have created four Halloween themed manicures this year too. I usually only do one or two so I hope everyone enjoyed seeing them. What do you think?

Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by the Weather

Tuesday, October 25, 2016

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is inspired by the weather. The weather where I live has been pretty cold, rainy, and gloomy so I wanted to go with a greyish color scheme for the nails.

Grey Stamping Marble Nail Art

I used Ciaté Cream Soda on all the nails. Using the stamping marble method, I swirled the base polish, American Apparel 7th and Alameda, and OPI Nein! Nein! Nein! Ok Fine! with my stamper and then stamped the design onto the nails. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

I love using the stamping marble method to create manicures. They always seem to turn out pretty great. I've already done an all purple, blue, and now grey version of it. The all grey stamping marble represents the gloomy weather I've been experiencing really well too. What do you think?

Blacken Texture with Halloween Cobweb Stamping

Monday, October 24, 2016

Happy Monday Blues! The weather where I live has been rainy and cold this past week so I wasn't able to get much blogging done when I was off work. I do however have a lot of content already prepared to cover me till at least the end of November so I'm happy about that. I have another Halloween inspired manicure to share so let's see what it is.

Halloween Inspired Patchwork Stamping

Thursday, October 20, 2016

Hi everyone! I have a simple Halloween inspired patchwork manicure to share today. I also like that your able to change up the colors to your liking to make it your own. Let's see it then.

Halloween Inspired Patchwork Stamping Nail Art

I used Finger Paints Grape Gumball on all the nails. I stamped with Born Pretty Stamping Polish in Black from Born Pretty Store with stamping plate BM-411 from Bundle Monster. You can use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your entire order. Before stamping the design onto the nails, I filled in the patchwork with different Halloween colors including Julep Sylvia, American Apparel Crescent Heights, American Apparel 7th and Alameda, and Jessica Tangerine Dreamz. After that fully dried on the stamper, I pressed the stamper onto the nails to transfer the patchwork design to it. Finished with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

Barielle A Bouquet For Ava

Monday, October 17, 2016

Happy Monday Blues! For today's post, I'm going to be sharing a polish swatch. This teal polish is pretty similar to another teal polish that I swatched recently too. Let's see it then.

Barielle A Bouquet For Ava is a medium teal creme. The formula and application on this polish was pretty great for me. I could have gotten away with just once coat if I applied the polish on thicker. For the color, I really like the shade a lot. Its right in the middle of not being too dark or light in color. This is two coats.

Now that I think about it, this polish really does reminds me of another polish I swatched which is Finger Paints To-Teally Chic. There both really nice teal cremes so its really a preference of which brand you prefer. What do you think?

Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by Your Phone Case

Tuesday, October 11, 2016

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is inspired by your phone case. So let's get right into it and see what I created on my nails based on the design on my phone case then.

Phone Case Pattern Inspired Nail Art

I used Orly Sweet Peacock on all the nails. After that fully dried, I applied striping tape to recreate the pattern that's similar to the one on my phone case. Next, I filled in the areas with Sally Hansen Celeb City and Color Club Berry And Bright. Then I peeled off the tape while the polish was still wet. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

These took a while to create but I loved the end result of it. It looks exactly like my phone case design. The only bad thing about it was that I messed up the ring nail a little bit. What do you think?

I'm pretty happy overall with these nails. I believe the stamping are bleeding eyes but I'm not 100% perfect sure. If its not, please feel free to tell me what it is. I'm going to try to create more Halloween themed nails for October too since in the past, I usually only did one. What do you think?

Green Shimmer Fleck with Dotting Design

Thursday, October 6, 2016

Hi everyone! With the colder weather upon where I live, I'm starting to go for warmer darker colors on my nails. So for today's nail art, I did a simple dotting design in some fall appropriate colors. Let's see how it turned out.

Green Shimmer Fleck with Dotting Design Nail Art

I used Orly It's Not Rocket Science on all the nails. Taking a dotting tool, I create a dotting design using American Apparel Mouse, Zoya Cola, and Finger Paints Tough Art To Follow. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

The design turned out a bit muddy looking but I really like the fall colors I used in it. It feels like such a warm manicure which fits with the colder weather I'm getting right now. What do you think?

Finger Paints To-Teally Chic

Monday, October 3, 2016

Happy Monday Blues! Instead of a blue nail art manicure, I decided to share a polish today. I'm working part time right now for about four days a week and it has lessen the amount of time I'm able to dedicate for blogging. When I'm off work, I tend to like to laze around and sleep in. I normally post three times a week but I'm going to be posting two times a week now since I think that's more manageable for me. Anyways, let's see the polish.

Finger Paints To-Teally Chic is a medium teal creme. I like this color a lot since its not too bright or dark of a shade but its right in the middle which I enjoy. The formula and application was good. It was almost a one coater polish for me. The only thing that I didn't like about this polish was that the label on the bottle is peeling off. I don't have this issue with my other polish brands other than the Finger Paints polishes I own which is a bummer. This is two coats.

I think Finger Paints To-Teally Chic would be a great color to wear during the fall/winter season. I also really enjoyed how this color looked on my nails too. What do you think?
