Happy Monday Blues! Today's manicure that I'm sharing is also my nail art entry into Nail Polish Canada's 2016 Holiday Nail Art Contest. I originally was going to create a more freehanded design but I didn't have time so this is what I came up with instead. It kind of has a cold winter scenery look to it. If you like my nail art design, please be sure to vote for me here.
I used L'Oreal Paris Avenues and China Glaze Fairy Dust on all the nails. I double stamped with Ya Qin An 25 and Born Pretty Store Stamping Nail Polish 7# with stamping plate BP-21 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Then I stamped some images using American Apparel Hassid and Milani White On The Spot with stamping plate BM-H02 from Bundle Monster. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.
This is my first time I really layered on stamping designs in a manicure. I always liked the look of them when I saw other nail bloggers do it so I wanted to give it a try. For my first time, I think it turned out pretty great. I did kind of mess up the ring and middle nail though. I also should have applied China Glaze Fairy Dust last since all the stamping I did kind of covered it up here. What do you think?
