Here's my empties post for September. I didn't finish a lot of items this month but I did emptied out two big items though which I'm happy about. Let's hear what I thought of them then.
1. Arm & Hammer Advance White
This was my current toothpaste that I was using. I like it and would probably repurchase it again when I can. It kept my mouth feeling fresh and I thought it did a good job keeping my teeth clean too.
2. Kose Cosmeport Clear Turn Collagen Essence Mask
I made an order from Sasa.com a while back and I purchased a ton of face masks to try out. This was the one that I was currently using. It has 30 sheet masks so it took me quite a long time to use up. I really like these sheet masks. It didn't have much of a scent to it but each one I used was saturated with a lot of product. Definitely something I would purchase again since it comes with so much at a pretty affordable price. Every time I used it, my skin felt very soothed and moisturized.
3. LadyKin Phytoplan Broccoli Wrinkle Radiance Power Ampoule
I've been using this product for the past few months and I really enjoyed it. It smelled great and it felt moisturizing when I applied it onto my skin. I can't say I saw any wrinkle care help though. However, I didn't like the packaging of it. It comes in a dropper container which I didn't like since the texture is kind of a loose cream so I found it hard to get the product out. I also didn't like that I couldn't see how much product I had left inside too.
I'm pretty happy to have finished the Kose sheet masks since there was so many sheets in the container to use up. I actually have one more container of the Kose sheet masks but a different type to use up next. Let me know what you emptied this month.

Happy Monday Blues! The fall weather is finally here! To celebrate, I'm sharing a simple fall pink manicure with a saran wrap accent nail. The manicure just screams fall to me so let's see it then.
I used Salon Perfect Sugar Cube on the ring nail and then used the saran wrap method with Sally Hansen Pacific Blue and Barielle Swizzle Stix. For the rest of the nails, I used American Apparel Rouge. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
I like these nails a lot. I'm a fan of an accent nail with a simple one color manicure like this one too. It just makes a plain manicure more interesting without much work to it. What do you think?

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is skittles. Since Summer is almost over and fall is coming, I decided I wanted to do a more neutral themed skittle. I looked through my collection and thought these shades would go well together to create this skittle manicure so let's go ahead and see it.
Starting with my pinky, I used American Apparel Racoon, China Glaze Below Deck, American Apparel Mouse, Sally Hansen Evening Fog, and American Apparel California Trooper. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
I'm pretty happy with this skittle and how easy it was to create it. What do you think?

Happy Monday Blues! For today's polish swatch, I'm sharing a pretty glittery color. I tend not to wear full on glittery colors since they can sometimes be a pain to remove off my nails. However, if its a really pretty one, I will wear it and this one I'm sharing is just that. Let's see the color then.
Sephora by OPI I'm So Sari! is a dense shimmery glass fleck with small silver hexagon holographic glitters in a sheer teal base. This polish is pretty hard to describe. You really need to see the polish in person to see just how pretty and sparkly the color is. Even though the polish was a little sheer, I found the application on it pretty easy to build up. If you want to lessen the amount of coats you have to apply on the nails, I do suggest layering the polish on top of a base polish then. The polish does dry a little textured so I do suggest applying at least two coats of top coat to get a smooth even finish on the nails. This is three coats with top coat.
I'm so pleased with this color and just how sparkly it is on the nails. I really like using this polish as a accent nail when I have a simple one color manicure on in particular. What do you think?

Hi everyone! The weather is finally cooling down for real where I live which makes me so happy. I much prefer the colder weather over the hotter weather. Anyways, let's see what polish I'm sharing today.
Hard Candy Little Bo Pink is a bright pink jelly like base packed with yellow/gold shimmers. This is a great color for Summer but sadly the formula was a little on the sheer side but application wasn't too hard for me. I could have gotten away with just two coats if I applied the polish on a little thicker though. However, I do really like the brush on these Hard Candy polishes since there the flat and wider ones which I do prefer. This is three coats.
Even though the formula wasn't the greatest, I really do like the look of this polish. When I have this color on my nails, it looks so sparkly and pretty. What do you think?

Happy Monday Blues! For today's blue manicure, I have a simple stripe design to share. Stripes are probably one of my favorite patterns to create and it always turns out pretty great on the nails too. I also love wearing stripes in my clothing choices in real life so let's go ahead and see the manicure then.
I used Sally Hansen Bling-tastic on my pink and ring nail. Next, I applied two pieces of 3mm striping tape from Born Pretty Store. and painted Sephora by OPI Ocean Love Potion on top. You can use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Before the polish fully dried, I peeled the striping tape off. For the rest of the nails, I used OPI Austin-tatious Turquoise. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
I'm pretty happy with these nails overall. I like how the glitter polish looks in this stripe design I created using the striping tape a lot too. What do you think?

The theme for Twinsie Tuesday is numbers. I really like number four and seven so I decided to have those two numbers on my nails. I was also a little lazy so the design is pretty simple but anyways, let's see what I did then.
I used Sephora by OPI Let's Do Lunch on all the nails. I applied Nostalgic Nail Lacquer As If! on my ring nail and then I used OPI It's My Year with a dotting tool to dot on number four and seven. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
I thought these turned out alright. My four is a little weird looking and I think I should have left out the seven since I didn't have much space on my nails for it as you can see. What do you think?

Happy Monday Blues! For today's manicure, I tried a magnetic polish on my nails. I only own one magnetic polish and I haven't really worn it or tried it out until now. Let's see how it turned out then.
I used Chic-Chic 3D&Magnet Professional Nail Lacquer Black Diamond on the ring and middle nails. I used the magnet provided with the nail polish while the polish was still wet on the nails to get the effect on the nails. For the rest of the nails, I used Pretty & Polished Pool Party. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
Since this was my first time using a magnetic polish, the effect didn't come out completely well. Overall, it was fun to do though and I definitely have to try it out again. What do you think?
